On recovery of the ILB from demo (fete day) a member of the public noticed a person in the water struggling to swim on a lilo.
ILB was self launched and HMC Humber informed.
One person was recovered 250/300 yrds off beach road and returned to shore 
Great Yarmouth Coastguard (present on the day) responded after recovery and to investigate and educate.
