Begin your visit at the heart of Caister Lifeboat Station. Our friendly volunteers will welcome you, share what’s on and guide you to the Heritage Centre, Lifeboat Shop and Lookout Café.


Get up close to our current lifeboats, the new all-weather Annette Thurlow, and inshore lifeboat, the Fred Dyble II.


Open Monday to Friday 10am until 3.30pm and on Saturday from 10am to 1pm, with free admission. Closed on Sunday. We are also open every Bank Holiday.

Lookout Cafe

Situated in our Visitors Centre. Every hot & cold drink, sandwich & snack supports our volunteer lifeboat crews and helps keep the boat afloat.
